Alumni Giving Campaign Continues to Build Momentum!
Monday, September 8, 2008 at 03:57PM Per the report submitted by LLAA Grand Treasurer Tony Lewis, $8,400 in contributions has been received as of this date. This represents 84% of our stated goal.
While this is an impressive figure, it is interesting to note that just 36 of our 696 initiated brothers have participated so far. This represents a participation rate of just 5% of our entire 35-year fraternity membership.
A friendly challenge by the alumni who hail from the 1970s era to those of the 1980s era is now underway. As of today, 13% of the Neese House Gang have posted a donation, while 7% of alumni from the Practice House era have made a gift of $25 or more. Not to be outdone by the 'old men' of Neese House days, PHG has made up considerable ground over the past week and stands to take the lead in September. So far, the 1990s and 2000s alumni have trailed their elders, but a handful of donations from members of those groups will change the campaign dynamic very quickly.
Regardless of when you were an undergraduate member of Kappa Sigma at Elon, please support the 35th Anniversary Giving Campaign with your donation. Every gift of any size is welcomed and appreciated.

The Campaign Continues Strong!
Monday, August 18, 2008 at 10:58AM With the donations received by the Lambda-Lambda Alumni Association treasury over the past week, our '35th Anniversary Giving Campaign' has just crossed the 40% threshold to the stated campaign goal of $10,000. So far, fourteen donors have presented gifts totaling over four thousand dollars. While this accumulation is impressive, it represents a participation rate of less than 2% of our alumni base. Please join the list of alumni whose gifts help sustain the LLAA and perpetuate Kappa Sigma at Elon by stepping forward to make a gift. All gifts regardless of size are welcome. You may pay online via credit card or you can mail in your personal check. Click here for details.
